Terms of service

Last updated: 8 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of Zahloopah, a four-player short-deck card game. By using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or play.

The game

Zahloopah is offered for entertainment. There is no prize, stake, or real-money play. Singleplayer uses automated opponents. Hot swap mode is local play on one device. Online play, if announced, is not yet available. Rankings are for fun and may be reset.

Accounts

You may play as a guest. If you create an account you must provide an accurate email, confirm it when asked, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Display names and pictures must not be unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Fair play

Do not cheat, disrupt tables, abuse other players, or attempt to break or overload the service. Automated play against the house bots in singleplayer is part of the product; interfering with ranking storage is not.

Availability

The game is provided “as is”. Rules, features, and ratings may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by consumer law, we exclude liability for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

EU consumers

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, including rights of withdrawal where they apply to digital services. The contract is for a digital entertainment service supplied immediately.

Law

These terms are intended to be read under the law of the operator’s seat as stated in the Legal imprint (currently XXX), without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
